Tommy's, Rebuilt

The purist's margarita: tequila, lime and agave, no orange liqueur. Built on single-ingredient cold-pressed lime.

Method

1. 01

   Combine all three in a shaker with ice.

2. 02

   Shake hard for 10 seconds.

3. 03

   Strain over one large cube in a rocks glass.

4. 04

   Garnish with a lime wheel. No salt.
