The Espresso Martini

The drink that breaks your bar on a Friday, rebuilt so it doesn't. Cold brew, agave and vanilla already balanced, so you just add vodka and shake.

Method

1. 01

   Chill a coupe in the freezer or with ice water.

2. 02

   Add vodka and Arté Espresso Mixer to a shaker with ice.

3. 03

   Shake hard for a full 15 seconds. This is where the crema comes from.

4. 04

   Double strain into the chilled coupe. Float three coffee beans.
