Cold Brew Tonic

Cold brew and tonic over ice with an orange peel. A non-alcoholic afternoon drink that sells at cocktail prices.

Method

1. 01

   Fill a highball to the top with cubed ice.

2. 02

   Pour the tonic water first, then float Arté Espresso over the back of a spoon.

3. 03

   Let it layer for a beat before serving, or stir once to combine.

4. 04

   Express an orange peel over the top.
